Then when I want to just zip through a dungeon I can turn off encounter rate to zero. I can crank up the encounter rate to 200% and mindlessly let the auto battles accumulate xp, PG and job points. Then you throw in the ever famous Final Fantasy job system, along with niceties such as auto battles and changing encounter rate from zero to 200% means you have the easiest RPG to grind. But say you had one BP, you can actually use the "brave" action to go into the red up to -3 BP and take your actions right off the bat, but leaving yourself open for the next 4 turns. So then next round they have 2 BP which effectively grants them 2 actions. If you use the "default" command your character basically defends, but they keep their BP. Each round you accumulate 1 BP to take an action. In bravely default, the battle system is turn based. I love bravely default because it's basically classic final fantasy with some added mechanics. I haven't played the ds version of radiant historia, but I'm enjoying the 3ds version.
